‍USER SYSTEM ACCESS

‍·        Both new account Administration Users and End-Users are provided by email, with an initial temporary password and must provide an updated customized/unique replacement before proceeding.
·        Users are routinely encouraged/reminded to update their current password
·        Direct contact changes or additions to Office Administration User account access requires a mandatory 2-step process of emailing such requests to corporate office, using an administration-authorized account email, followed by a corporate office-initiated telephone call for confirmation of request.
·        End-User new-account creation requires anon-line submission request, followed by Office Administration authorizing the received request in order to grant End-User account access
